Shout out to iForce for selecting me, and letting me test both products and sending me a t-shirt as well.

Like I agreed to in the promo, dosing will go as such:
30 minutes pre- One scoop of Hemavol, One scoop of Compete and a scoop of Maximize Intense
Intra- One scoop of Compete
Right now I'm running PHAT after about a year and a half of 5/3/1. I'm keeping it close to the original template for now until progress slows down a bit. Today is Upper Power, so I'll be updating this in a little while with #'s and some other thoughts/updates.

in on this!
Make sure to mix your pre-workout mix of Hemavol/Compete with at LEAST 20oz water. There is a lot of flavoring in these products to ensure you use a ton of water, so i like to do 1 scoop hemavol with 20oz water, and 1 scoop Compete with 24oz, however when put together, 24-36oz should be plenty.I got no strings to hold me down

I used a little less with them when I tried em out Saturday, but I'll try this out today. The flavors real good on both from what I've tried, but I'll comment on that in a bit once I make an update later.
Agreed, noticed the focus for sure which goes nicely with IntensePatriots l Mountaineers l Celtics l Bruins

Never tried Intense, but I would like to try the NEW version in the future. The old versoin had 1,3 which I am not a huge fan of due to the awful crash!

Had an interesting workout. My bench was down 2 reps from last week for some reason today, yet I felt stronger on every other lift. Not sure what the deal is but it should be fine next week.
Workout:
BB Bench:
230x1x2
225x2x2
BB Rows:
230x3x5
Incline HS Press:
75 per sidex2x10
Pullups:
BWx4x10
DB Shoulder Press:
60x3x6
EZ Bar Curls:
75x3x8
Seated OH Tricep Press:
75x3x8
Finished up with a 5 mile bike ride in 20 minutes.
My endurance was up a lot today, and I powered through a workout faster than I normally would which is a plus. Had a pretty sick pump going despite longer rest periods for the heavy day. I'm hoping it will be even better when I hit the shorter rest periods later in the week. I can comment on the recovery aspect tomorrow for my next update. Used 20 oz of water for the Hemavol/Compete like suggested, and enjoyed the flavoring on both. I'd say it was just right with that amount of water. Mixability was instant for both too as well, with no settling really.Patriots l Mountaineers l Celtics l Bruins

I also have this happen from time to time....as a matter of fact, it happened to me yesterday. I had an amazing pump in my triceps and my strength felt through the roof; however, my chest pump was so-so, and my strength was about normal on my chest excercises. I do not understand what the deal is biologically speaking, but something is definitely different.
Nice work by the way!****GOLD LIST MEMBER****

Today was my heavy squat day. Recovery from yesterday's workout was great, and I had no DOMS whatsover today which is always nice. Took my hemavol/compete with about the same amount of water. Endurance today was good as usual, and I was able to lower my rest in between sets a little bit. Pump wise, because I was going real heavy it wasn't anything epic, but for the calves/traps I noticed a difference for sure. I don't really do that many sets for legs, because I noticed my quads/hams don't really need much volume to grow.
Workout:

Ab Machine:

Today was a pretty epic workout. Didn't PR on everything, but I added 5 lbs to my DB rows this week and the pullups felt pretty easy too. The pump today was pretty ridiculous, probably because of the shorter rest periods. Vascularity was up as well, more than normal. Recovery has been solid from the products so far, aside from my hamstrings which were still sore today. I've been eating a bit less lately to try and lean out a bit, but my strength hasn't changed at all so far.
Workout:
Wide Grip Pullups:

Seated One Arm Rows:
70x3x10
DB Rows:
75x2x15
Close Grip Pulldowns:

Of all the workouts so far, yesterdays was easily the best pump I've had. I was able to fly through my workout, and I have no soreness at all today which is also a plus. I superset the arm exercises, so that with the short rest periods made for a hell of a workout.
Workout:
Incline DB Bench:
70x3x10
HS Chest Press:
55x3x12
Fly Machine:
75x2x15
Curl Machine -> Tricep Extension Machine:
87.5x3x10 -> 100x3x10
DB Hammer Curls -> Tri Pushdowns:

Spider Curls -> Reverse Pushdowns:

Today as insanely crowded so I had to switch up some exercises to avoid waiting 15+ minutes for a certain piece of equipment. Again, my endurance was way up and I barely felt tired after finishing up my workout. Pump/vascularity were still there as well, even with longer rest times.

Mixed it up today, and skipped out on the squats. I was dragging along all day so I didn't have it in me today to really go all out on the squats like usual. I still had a solid workout regardless, and hit up some sprint intervals after I was done lifting. I've got no soreness from yesterday despite changing up a few exercises which I can't complain about.
