The 2013 season kicks off soon with the NRL All Stars V the Indigenous All Stars Live on Saturday at 7:30pm should be a good game, I like the concept and its been good so far.

This thread is for every one that wants to discuss anything NRL related (even the English brahs that follow the Super League or NRL of course) and to rep your teams!!

Interesting to see how SBW goes back in League, he better fkn perform up to his standards. (I'm a massive Roosters fan by the way

)

(every one is welcome in the thread to chat and learn about the game if you want. But please no flame baiting and other crap, keep it out of here)

Des is testing them both out at the trial against newtown, honestly with a full pre-season behind keating and Des knowing what his weaknesses are, he could turn keating into a great halfback. But with being said Hodko has already got the smarts and has played under Des at manly.

Keating will never be a good halfback. Even Tolman and Graham are better at ball-playing than him. And even with them handling all the plays and just leaving it for him to kick on the 5th, he can't even ****ing do that right. If they pulled some kid from some random country club who could actually kick accurately and had the slightest sense of what to do as a half they would've won the GF last year.

A Canadian one at that. I think they have a good chance at cracking the top 4, giving them a good run at the grand final. I will say that I'll be watching the roosters' games because of sbw. Started following his career when he switched to union, it'll be interesting to see how he does going back to his roots.

I remember a game before he walked out on league when he pretty much single handedly beat a much higher fancied broncos team in brisbane. Might even have been the last time he played.
