I am training to compete later this year for my 1st show and get bored at work in my computer desk job (BORING). Anyone know of any good youtube channels from fitness experts I can go to for motivation or knowledge? I like to watch them while I'm at my desk job for motivation and to learn different things. Who should I subscribe to?!?
