9 Weeks and 5 Days out from my first competition. 20 Years old just looking to get some experience under my belt and retain as much muscle as possible since it's the first time I've ever cut down.
I'm a little flat in this picture. Depleted my carbs over the weekend and had a refeed day yesterday, so I should be more full tomorrow or Thursday.
Body fat estimations? I am unsure and haven't checked recently.
If any one has any information on what I should be doing for key points the last few weeks here, I would greatly appreciate it.
