Hello,
I am used to coated vitamins and the water solable ones (I.E. Animal Pak) are extremely hard to swallow and make me want to gag even hours after I have taken them. Is there any way to make them easier to swallow, like crunching them up. It's just the flavor, I can deal it would help my workout If i didn't have the lingering taste annoying me all the time. All replies appreciated thanks!

I found taking them with a shake or milk or orange juice...something flavored and not water...really helped.

If the flavor is bad and that is what's getting you, definitely don't crush them. Could try freezing them.
