Seen how many bulking/cutting threads there are so I'm sorry in advance !
But just want your advice on night carbs , someone said I should have carbs before bed ( oats or bread ect) is this true ? If so , do you know why?
Also, I currently use whey protein for post workouts , what could I add to get the most out of it to bulk , was thinking olive oil, oats ect.

Overall its going to come down to your total macros at the end of the day. You dont HAVE to eat something at a specific time of the day, just make sure you hit your macro goals before bed. If you still need to consume carbs at night then go for it.. if you already hit your macros then you dont need to.
