Please help! Ulnar nerve transposition surgery

Hello if someone do this surgery please help its very important for me , I'm a bodybuilder and next month I'm have ulnar nerve transposition surgery. I'm very afraid about this not for a pain like for recovery and for how much time take then I'm back to training and if I'm ever can do this like before the surgery. I'm want to ask how you feel now with your elbow? You can training like before? How much time after the surgery you start training? And how much time after you feel you do all exercises like before and if you can tell something about your recovery it's very important for me
