Tracking macros/calories on MyFitnessPal and I need to input my activity level for accurate calorie intake. Options are a) not very active b) lightly active c) active d) very active
Typical day of my life at college: 10k+ steps with my backpack probably a couple pounds, 30-45 minute group fitness class (break a good sweat, combination of cardio + strength training)
Typical day of my life on break (this month): usually running errands or chilling at home, 1hr group fitness classes (usually leave dripping sweat, combination of cardio + strength training + yoga)
What should I put down?
