    Third Week into my Cut! Feeling the fat melt off!

    Hey guys. Third week of my cut. Dropped 12.6 lbs and ~ 2.7 % BF. Can definitely see my biceps showing more. I actually feel great for the first time in my life. I am looking forward for summer this year so that I can feel comfortable stepping outside in a t-shirt! I can't wait to look ripped!

    Some might criticize me, others might praise me, but I'm only intaking about 1300-1500 cals daily and it's working perfectly for me. I'm lifting 3 times a week.

    Congrats on fat loss man, keep it up. Just want to know something from your side, have you noticed any definition on your chest and stomach? I'm on my 10th week of cutting but there is no noticable difference on my chest and stomach.

    Hopefully ill be ready by summer

    And for those pming me about supps, I take isoflex isolate whey protein and green coffee bean extract pills. It blocks sugar from going into the blood, which assists with weight loss.
