yeah.. i always go pretty shallow on the bench that way it gives me plenty of room... when i get into heavier weight i will get a lift off from someone so im not putting my shoulders at a weird angle

Threw on every plate I had at the house. not much about 150, super janky set up as well grip was very narrow due to that chitty bench! would of fell forward if I sat on it lol. probably could of got some more if i didnt go so far down after the first...with the proper equipment in a gym im usually pushin 75 db for reps

If I have one piece of advice its to adjust your numbers based on how well the previous attempt went. I grinded out my 2nd attempt on my first meet in Bench and Squat and then decided I should just up 45lbs on each and had a failed attempt on both. So listen to your body.

I did that with my squat and bench. I failed both my 3rd attempts on those because I made too big of a jump. Its a learning experience. Also negged for not having to wear a singlet!
