Threw on every plate I had at the house. not much about 150, super janky set up as well grip was very narrow due to that chitty bench! would of fell forward if I sat on it lol. probably could of got some more if i didnt go so far down after the first...with the proper equipment in a gym im usually pushin 75 db for repsLast edited by Getbig831; 02-22-2013 at 07:04 AM.

That looks solid man.
If I have one piece of advice its to adjust your numbers based on how well the previous attempt went. I grinded out my 2nd attempt on my first meet in Bench and Squat and then decided I should just up 45lbs on each and had a failed attempt on both. So listen to your body.The Beast Journey to Elite
