Here is a PR attempt from today's chest session. I am training for my 1st power meet and wanted to see if I could do 315 with a full pause. I was able to get it done but it was a grinder I know I have no arch and little leg drive and those will be addressed after the meet.

Considering my best was 300 with a full pause the 15lb jump surprised me. I hit 275,300,310 and then the 315 rep. Hope I'm not peaking early

I have been cutting for the past 16 weeks or so and have lost a lb a week. I weighed in at 165 pounds this morning. Doing cardio 4 days a week, plus 2 lower body days and 2 upper body days, have really taken a toll on me. Normally I wouldn't try anything close to a 1 rep max, since I feel week as fuark! haha.
Below are my 2 vids. The first one is one me hitting a deadlift of 425. The second one is of me hitting a 445 deadlift, however the video is blurry for some odd reason. I believe chalk and gotten on the camera. Hopefully me providing two videos justifies it is me.

Here's a vid from a few months ago when I hit 300lbs for the first time on my deadlifts... Nothing special but I'm seeing some very steady strength gains the past few months.

if you say your name in the video you will be 1 of only 2 that actually follow the rules so your chances go up greatly..
