Lean but def need more size
Dude are you actually 190? How tall are you? Would expect you to have much more mass for tha weight, unless you are like 6 foot 5. Not trying to attack you at all, just sayin, you should focus on gaining some weight before you worry about aesthetics.

Yes im 190, 6'1
I used to be a lot bigger but bodybuilding isn't my focus anymore. I'm more concerned with overall fitness and Health now. I don't want to have too much size because it could negatively impact my performance. I appreciate the feedback bro. Thanks

Ah ok. Advice would be do a nice slow bulk, hit shoulders, traps and arms hard and then cut once you are like 215 or 220.
Dem lifts:

Nah I was standing weird, it's a small bathroom haha, I don't have scoliosis.
