almost 35, looking to add muscle

not quite 35 yr old yet, but wanting to add some muscle. ive started gaining weight around my waist where ive always been skinny. (when last i worked out...4 years ago, i would have been classified as a hardgainer) i know my testosterone is dropping due to my age, but what program would be good to help me add more muscle back onto my body? i work right next to a gym so i can workout pretty much whenever i need to. thanks for the help!

    seriously?

you are a hard gainer and you just threw away 4 years??

so many beginner programs out there...do a google search
Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

There's no such thing as a "hard gainer".

hard gainer = not enough food

Look into the "Starting Strength" routine. Should be posted as a sticky in the training section of this forum.
    -Squattin' in the curl rack.
