Would Creatine increase Caloric Surplus?
I apologize if this question is ridiculous. I know that it wouldn't be a whole lot if it was... But if it does, then how much do you think your Calorie Surplus will increase by?

I would think there would be trace amount of calories, not worth counting imo.
