Hey all I've been doing some reading on bodyfat reducing supplements and came across green tea extract. After reading through some positive reviews I decided to make a purchase. Currently taking 315mg twice daily; My question is has anyone HERE personally taken it? Would love to hear some 1st hand feedback. Also I understand this is not a replacement to a proper diet or excercise program, I am continuing to workout 4 X a week and being aware of what I eat.

Thanks for the response. Based on the number of views it appears that most people belong to the same group as I do - we do a lot of research, but only integrate a small percentage of what we read/learn into our routine.
I just started my supplementation today, green tea extract and whey protein are the only supplements I take. I hope to catalog my results and perhaps add a before and after picture.Height: 5'8"
