Do you mix milk or water with your whey?

I have used both pure water and milk. Mixing with milk is better if you want more nutrients.

I do mix it with milk because milk is good for you and it makes it taste better. If your cutting and need to meet macros, that would be the only time that I would take it with water. Milk has protein too which makes it have even more protein in total. Basically unless you need to meet calorie requirements there isn't much of a reason to take it with water.

I mix mine with blended up chicken breast and olive oil. Throw a lil quick crete in there too to get big as a house

I use coconut water and 1/2 a banana with a some ice cubes for mixing sake in a blender

I prefer to take my Whey with milk becasue it does give it a better taste but I use water becasue for some reason whey+milk just doesn't agree with me.

milk-post workout, water for bedtime casein shake!!!!! both tasty depending on what else you mix into them.....cheers!
