Milk usually gives a better/creamier taste and consistency, and more calories and protein.
Water usually gives less of a 'bold' flavor to the protein, is thinner, and is calorie free.
There are no real pros and cons - that is based on individual preference and needs. I prefer milk, or almond milk.NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist

Thanks guys. I obviosuly like the taste better with milk but could do without the added calories. I'm def going to try the almond milk.
Sort of on topic....I drink a lot of water throughout the day...is the nutritional value in coconut water worth the added cost? It tastes like crap imo, but i've had worse...
