    keeping glycogen stores?

    as title says is there a way of keeping glycogen stores to keep fuller muscles during cuting or is there no way round this?

    well refeeds ensure optimal glycogen stores , but can never be full all the time ... get in ur pre and post workout carbs

    fasting uses up alot of glycogen stores , ur GH will increase but u still have min glycogen for workouts ( muscles preferred fuel) , also depends how many grams of carbs u can get in ur eating window

    i reckon refeeds are the only way...

    be sure to schedule your refeed a day before the day you want to be looking good
