Hey everyone...I started my bulk in july after a 4 month cut...this is the result. Please let me know if you think I may have gained to much bf. I imagine it doubled from 11 to 22. I gained close to 60 pounds. However:
my squat went from 315-8 reps to 435 12 reps
deadlift went from 315 to 495
I dont bench but my flat dumbell press went from 95-@10 to 130 @10
weight was 196.6 in first pic, 255 in second. I feel like I overate and gained way to much fat, i went from 30 mins of cardio a day to nearly 0...I crucial mistake I know. Idk. Perhaps just pop the cardio back in and see how it goes. Don't over do it. Or just start a nice and controlled cut, minimizing any muscle loss. You'll look absolutely sick by the time summer season arrives. I honestly don't think you look bad with the extra fat at all: you have enough mass to justify it. But I understand how it must frustrate you regardless.
