When I came back to my dorm room with my first tub of weight gainer all my friends said I was wasting my time.
After lifting for a litter bit (all machines lol) I thought I was getting swole. Buying Men's Fitness every month and believing every word I read. Spending all of my extra money on every supplement known to mankind...Friends still said I was destined to be skinny and never be able to put on alot of muscle.
Finally starting to look like I lift.
Lulz I think I am swole. Workout routine getting better and becoming way more consistent in the gym. Eating much more too. If you would of asked me my bf percentage I probably would have said 7 percent lol.

I'm like the opposite of a bulimic chick....everytime I look in the mirror I think I'm too skinny and I start shoving food down my throat.

Uh Ohhhhhh I finally started to learn about diet and ditched all the broscience I had picked up along the way. Leaned out pretty nicely. Ended up alot skinnier than I thought but still people knew I lifted now. Friends and family said I was big enough and can't understand why I want to get bigger. They all think I hit my genetic potential. For a minute I stalled and didn't make any gains. Then.......something clicked in my head and I realized I love this **** and Fuuuu everyone's opinions. I do this for me. I realized how much I had learned over the years and started to put it all together. Started really focused on my compound lifts as well.
Dat feel when you realize you have eight pak potential................**** yea!
Dat feel when you take a pic straight on relaxed in normal lighting and you still look like you lift.........**** yea!
Dat feel when all your friends now say you were never skinny and always had broad shoulders and abs so it was easy for you to get big.......lulz okkkkkkk.
Do I even leg.................**** yea!
Bored found some older pics and felt like sharing.Last edited by CrownMe; 06-04-2012 at 10:51 PM.

Thanks guys for all of the kinds words. A few people have asked me for before pics so when I found these in my email I figured I'd make a thread.
First pics were about 4-5 years ago and the last pice were all within the last 2 weeks.
Haha I appreciate that bro but, I don't think so though. There are so many great physiques on here that keep me motivated. I've have got alot to work on but that is part of the fun.
1. I have kept my routing the same recently for bulking and cutting, but I have been keeping my weight increases slow and clean so I haven't really had to cut hard for more than a year. But my routine is pretty basic. Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders/Traps, Legs. I do a lot of volume and I'm usually in the gym for 2 hours on chest and back days. Shoulders and legs are usually a little over an hour. If you want more specifics Ill PM it. It's really nothing special though. After summer is over I want to give Lanyne Norton's PHAT a try.
2. IF changed my life! LOL. It seriously fits my life and I will never use any other style of eating. A slow cut for me is about 3500 cals and a slow bulk is about 4500 cals for me. I aim for 200g of protein. I try to get a moderate a mount of fat, about 90g. The rest I fill in with carbs. For example today after lifting (I lift at night) I ate about 1.5lbs of chicken (660cal,150p), olive oil (130cal,0p,0c,14f),165g of pasta (630cal,21p,132c,3f), teriyaki sauce (240cal,0p,56c,0f), 2 bagels with butter (640cal,18p,156c,16f), vitamin water (120cal,0p,33c,0f),cookies and cream ice cream (600cal,8p,76c,32f), and a little before my workout I have a shake with carbs and protein (300cal,25p,40c,3f). That totals 3,200cals, 222p, 493c, 68f.
3. Because I was always so skinny I always wanted to get big quick so I dirty bulked up to 230 from 180. I was eating entire pizzas after the gym, 3 weight gainer shakes a day, loads of pb. Just everything in sight lol. If I woke up in the middle of the night to pee I was eating something before I laid back down. I looked bigger in a shirt and my strength went up a lot but I was seriously underestimating my bf. I wish I had a pic but I can't find one. Anyway I got a crazy stomach virus at that point and was in the hospital for 5 day hooked to an ive and lost about 15 pounds. I was so depress lol I stopped lifting for like 3 weeks. I decided to start my cut then because I had lost so much strength and I ended up at a little above 180lbs. And that's the pic you see above in the black shorts. I was surprised at how much weight I had to lose to see my abs and I was finally at a point where I was sort of comfortable with my progress and didn't feel as skinny anymore. So from there I decided slow and lean was the way to go and that's where I am today.
4. At first I did it because I was tired of being skinny and for girls and as I progressed something just clicked in my brain and I honestly just enjoy everything about it. I never have a problem with motivation because going to the gym after work is the highlight of my day during the week.
Weighed in today before the gym and I was 204lbs and that's pretty much on any empty stomach.I'm like the opposite of a bulimic chick....everytime I look in the mirror I think I'm too skinny and I start shoving food down my throat.

Dude your overall physique is awesome, but the part the really stands out to me is your upper chest, and also the inner chest "cleavage" area. Your upper chest has great definition where it pops out from the collar bone. That's the kind of chest that probably looks great in any type of shirt. And your shoulders look great too. Great job.
