Also, just a tip, especially on this board, if you haven't done the weight on a platform, then you bench 0 pounds.
If you checked the dates that 375 was from at least 2+ years ago. I don't have any vids of the 440 no. Just because you asked, however, I will try and get a video of my next benching session. It won't be a max but it will be 420+ for reps.

I posted a meet vid on here from a year ago when I hit 390. I actually had a strained pec at the time and almost took a token bench instead of going heavy. It's not uploaded onto my account, I believe it's under umpowerlifting or something similar.

I need my feet on the ground so I can get a good arch. Of course I bench less with my feet off the floor. That doesn't mean I utilize much, if any, leg drive. In all honesty I could still probably bench 415+ with my legs completely off the ground.

I've never claimed my opinion is worth more than somebody else's because I lift more. The fact that I do bench what I do, at my body weight, should give what I say at least some merit however. Everybody has differing opinions and I wanted to share with you guys what works for me. You can argue all you want, but as I've said, everybody is different, and not everybody is going to benefit from leg drive as much as you do.
