Hi Ladies,
I'm trying to navigate this nutrition portion and I have a question. How many grams of carbs should I be eating to maintain my weight but build lean muscle. I'm 122lbs and I am very active.I run daily for about 40 mins and I lift 4-5 times a week for about 40 mins
Any help?~

Your maintenance will probably be 2000+ cals. You want a minimum of about 125gr protein & approx. minimum of 40+ gr fat (some like a lot more) and the rest you can fill with carbs. That will be a pretty substantial amount for you (over 200 gr). You can play with the ratios to suit your preferences but with that high level of activity higher carbs will serve you well.Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.
