Body fat testing-PLEASE READ
I had 2 different body fat test done, at they both came up at 7.5% body fat. My abs aren't showing how I would expect them to be, what would prevent this from happening?

Incorrect readings. You're probably around 15%+ to be honest.

I'd say even a little higher than 15. 17-18%.
Keep on it. Get that diet in check if you wanna see those abs.

Even so, 215 at 7.5% is where you'd be 10 weeks out, you'd be uber dry & definately have abs, & great one, at 7.5%.
Unless your professor is ripped his knowledge may be more academic than practical.

I am almost exactly at 7.5% bf in avi, just a pic to thread example. People look different at lower bf's dependent on muscle maturity, genetics, etc. Like the guy above said, you look about 15%. I feel you could reach sub 10% with a good diet in about 10-12 weeks though. Good luck OP

I looked at the most recent pictures on your bodyspace and my assessment is still the same: 15% on the low end or, more realistically, higher than that. I don't mean to insult your instructor, but if he is honestly telling you that you're 7.5% then he is wrong. Like someone said already, if you nail down a good calorie deficit, you could be down around 10% in 12 weeks.

I had it redone and it came to 9.1, and my avi is a pic from 2 weeks ago(when I was the 9.1). Im losing fat everywhere but my abs so Im guessing genetics will play a huge role in this. Everything is coming along nicely now, bumped up cardio and killing it on my diet. May need to lower my sodium intake a little, it seems like Im holding a lot of water.
