I have a huge competetion for fitness in a month and a half and my joins started killing me the past two weeks. I cant just stop working out, can i just work through the pain? I mean what do i do? How am i gonna do the sprint fot the competetion and the long jump? I can move in freely and work however theres a dull ongoing pain when flexed
