Any idea's of some easy at home made up equipment creations that work just as good as gym equipment? I know it will never be the same as gym eauipment but can be used like the motions you would use at a gym, i know chairs can be used as dips,... What about for bench press and just stuff like that, any ideas

Just in case I bump up my bench PR somewhere between 100 000 and 150 000 pounds, I'm going to need some clarification on the weight limit here...
Here's a quad blaster that looks pretty easy to make. Lots of different ways out there to create/replicate this movement.

You can actually skip the pipes and just make three 4" thick boards. 17" high plates will land on boards without crushing you. You'll lie on a raised board as well.-!!!---!!!- No Excuses Homemade Equipment Crew #24 -!!!---!!!-
