I also need help with core stability.
I also can't touch my toes like in this image (my hands can only reach down to my shins)....
The reason why I need help in these areas is because I have a lot of trouble executing some of the lower leg exercises like the squat, deadlifts, etc... I have terrible form while performing them and I rather fix the problems I have at hand with myself and my legs before working them out for mass.
Help with any and all of what is asked will help greatly and will be appreciated.
