    Question Looking to tone/define. need help

    hi i am currently 160 pounds and in good shape. i go to the gym 5 times a week and take whey, and creatine. i am looking to tone/define and if anyone could give me any suggestions on how to that would be great thanks!

    A good diet combined with some cardio should produce reasonable results. Also something to think about, Creatine biovolumizes your muscles and makes them look slightly less defined.

    I'm 6' 197 lbs. I'm small. If I dieted down now, or "toned" as you call it, I would be scrawny as ****. Go gain some muscle instead.

    weight and height are meaningless, you can be 6' 35% bf or like me in my avi about 11% bf 6' 180 lbs. its all about your lean body mass
