I have plateaued and need help I have been changing my workout doing cardio weights spinning etc and haven't been able to get this 5 lbs off for two and half weeks I eat egg weight in the morning then an apple or orange then turkey lean with spicy mustard then apple the chicken for dinner or something healthy thats just example. I mean I have has sweets or junk for 12 week and watched
goes in. Also multistage and gallon of water a day. Someone can please help it would be appreciated
