    Google will give you some good workouts , instead of doing many reps on an average weight , increase the weight and do lower reps ( sets of 6)

    doing compound movements for the majority of your workout is great for mass!!

    Pretty much any routine that has you hitting everything 2x+ a week is going to be pretty good for mass building.
