So I just got my results back from a déxa scan and here are the results
35 years old
5"10
240.6 lbs
33.4% body fat
152.7lbs lean muscle
80.5 lbs fat
Bone 7.4 lbs
Based on these numbers at a sedentary level I should be eating 2133 to 2266 calories which will allow me to drop 1% of body fat a month.
Do you think the calories are a bit high for fat loss?
Based on the amount of lean muscle mass I have they advised I should be on split like this:
30% protein 20% carbs and 50% fat
Also suggested that the average person my weight and fat percent has about 120lbs of lean muscle mass, and I am at 152.7lbs which is why my protein intake is not needed to be higher.
I just hired Josef Rakich to help me on my journey.
I know I should post pics which I will do later
