    Bulk or cut?

    I am 18 years old
    5 foot 7
    170 lbs
about 18-20% body fat, most of the fat is around my waist and some on my glutes. When I flex only those parts move a little, rest is solid. Idk if that helps.

I would like to lose fat but I don't want to lose muscle in the process, which I know will happen but i don't know how much muscle I'll lose. If I bulk it might be easier, but I'm not sure about gaining more fat. I know this is not ideal, but could I get lean and muscular at the same time?

It's really up to you man, are you satisfied with the way your body looks? You can always put on more muscle and then cut down on fat, but it's your decision.

1 g of protein per pound of body weight and you should lose minimal amounts of muscle, as long as you train hard

How long you been lifting? I've been using aworkoutroutine.com for over a year and I've put on tons of muscle, also there's some good stickies in the workout program section... go check em out
