    Dieting Suggestions please

    Hi guys
    Im in a cutting program trying to drop my body fat have a definition in my muscles.
    My workout routine is :

    Mon: HIIT cardio ( total 45 min to 60 min ) + Abs
    Tue: Upper body ( chest and back superset ) + Low intensity cardio ( bike 30 min )
    Wed: HIIT cardio ( total 45 min to 60 min ) + Abs
    Thur: Arms ( triceps biceps superset ) + Low intensity cardio ( bike 30 min )
    Fri : HIIT cardio ( total 45 min to 60 min ) + Abs
    Sat : Legs and shoulder superset + Low intensity cardio ( bike 30 min )

    and My diet is :
    total 2180 calories %47 protein % 40 carbs %12 fat

    What you guys thing can I cut my body fat with that diet and workout program or should I cut littebit more of carbs ???

    Please give me some suggestions cuz I dont know what to do

    2180 calories?

    if this is you... then i would assume you would gain some weight by eating 2180 calories...


    on the other hand, if this is you below... then maybe you will lose some weight by eating 2180 calories..


    since we have absolutely no clue what type of body you have, and how many calories your body needs to maintain its body weight... its pretty difficult for us to tell you if you will loose weight or not by eating 2180 calories.

    read the stickies in the losing fat/nutrition subforum to learn how to calculate your caloric needs and how to balance your macros...
