Heh I'm glad it wasn't just me that noticed it!
Guy's a beast for sure and the end comment is valid. That's something I thought of a lot when I was watching the Paralympics last September. So my ankle's a mess. My knees are creaky. My shoulders are a disaster. But you don't need four limbs to do a sport. There's always a way around.

Just something about the way he talks got me physced up and made me want to go to the gym again today! I thought it was bad that as a teenager I used to eat 2 Big Macs that is nothing compared to all that he would get but I did not lift weights and put it to good use like he did. Great post bodyhard!
Cool vid, started to enter that lunch into myfitness pal. He didn't specify the size of the shakes but without them it came out to 5200 calories The shakes probably added another 1000 cals or so
Good vid, but the man did NOT build up to the size he had just on cheeseburgers alone. And his heart problems were not just the result of transfats although they probably played a sizeable role in his illness.
I'll leave the charges of fraud out of this. We all make dumbass mistakes from time to time, and he made a big one. However, his advice is still good, and it makes sense. "It's still yo' mothaf***ing set".
THAT is worthwhile hearing.

Doesn't stop you getting an awesome back from all the hard work.
Had a past year of on and off training due to miss-hap's. I had broken ribs, pulled something under my shoulder blade. Then had a total hip replacement. Got soft around the edges. Now time for a comeback.
watched this a week or so ago. Not into his lingo (no offense BH) so much, but he even inspired ME with that last comment. I've been telling people about that. LOL
BUT, as Smelly said - he's frauding a lil bit......

I don't think it was a ferret. My ex had two and they have a very distinctive way of moving. I looked like a rodent with a long bushy tail. Not a feral rat...maybe a squirrel?
And Highsio - I actually couldn't walk after having minor foot surgery in July, but after five days I had to hobble down to the doctor to get the dressing changed and I thought, well, if I can hop to the doctor, I can hop to the gym. And I did, to train upper body. Of course that's not the same as being flat on your back with a serious illness...
