    creatine joint pain?

So i have pain in my knees hips and a little in my elbow, i took 4 days off, but it didnt help. Im thinking my water intake isnt enough because im not getting a gallon a day. Could that be why my joints hurt? (Been on creatine for month and ten days) pain has been going on for week and half now and i never had this before

It is most likely something you are doing while training because creatine shouldn't be causing any joint pain. Are you doing anything different now training-wise that you weren't doing before?

Hard to say based on the limited info you provided. What kind of routine are you following? Are you lifting heavy and often? Are you on any kind of joint supps? I would agree that a minimum of 1 gallon of "fluids" is recommended, but hard to believe that is the cause of your problems. I also don't think creatine is your culprit here.

I highly doubt creatine would have anything to do with it directly bro. Now you could be training harder since taking the creatine ( maybe a mental syke on worried about water retaining and bloating) it would be easier to determine if you looked at your body weight and build and looked at the weight amount your putting on a bar.
Sometime being able to do heavy weight isnt always needed.
    For instance.
I cant squat 300 lbs like some of my friends. I can leg press a decent amount though. My legs dont respond ( in growth) to this heavy weight though: i end up with knee pains.
Yet if i build a solid leg routine around lighter weight my legs react in a good way.
It may be solely a cause of something in your training
    it may not
Just my two pennys bro bro
