Sup teen misc brahs, just got back from the gym, trained chest and biceps with my twin bro, got to flat barbell press and did 100kg (220lb) x 10 on my second set and felt quite strong, seeing as I never have tried a 1 rep max before I thought I'd give it all try! Loaded 130kg (275lb) up and gave it a go, not going to lie it felt pretty heavy and took a long time to get it up but managed to do it without my bro touching the bar! Always trained in the 8-15 rep range so felt weird and I know might not be too impressive but only been training for just over and year! First five have my measlies!

Sweet lift man! 100x10 is a pretty good achievement in itself. Got a 1rm of 85 at the moment. Hopefully get few of a hundred in a month or so. :-)

Mate that's awsome hopefully one day ill bench that! i dont know what i could bench because my school gyms pretty poor, i can do 5x5 on 85kg on our chest press machine but i don't know how accurate it is, been training about 3 months now and just love the whole weightlifting thing as a whole well done again!
