I live in London and am 15 years old. For some reason I aren't aloud to do free weights in the gym and can only use a few machines. Any tips how to deal with this

Either find a different gym or use machines until you're 16.
If that's the only gym you can go to, then pick a machine for each movement, e.g. a chest press, a row, a shoulder press, lat pulldown, leg press, leg curl, leg extension (I can't think of a machine for hip extension) and start with a weight you can do for a 3x8 and once you can get to a 3x12 add weight and go back to 3x8. For leg curls/extensions, you may want to do more reps, like 10-15.You can't help the hopeless.
