The Amino Acids and Fat Burners should be taken with caution.
If you have had any health complications prior to use, I recommend not using the fat burners. A natural way to obtain the energy is to eat less fatty foods and drinking plenty of water throughout the day, not just during your workout. The supplements are also very highly priced so if you can find other products at a lower costs, I would do so personally.
They say to ask if you have any question, well keep in mind that Shredz supplements are not FDA approved yet so it's good to be cautious and ask your physician whether the supplement you are interested in is actually good for you. Everyone is different and their bodies react differently to drugs so it's always good to consult a certified personnel before taking any supplements.
