    When to do cardio?

Do I pound the treadmill for half hour after lifting weights or should I have a set cardio day?

If you have the time I would suggest doing some low intensity cardio after you have finished your weight lifting. Read about glycogen and when it is depleted the body looking to fat for fuel.

that all depends if you like cardio oh how fast you want to get rid of the weight... but if you have your diet oh check believe me, you don't need the cardio you can spend that time lifting a bit more... But if you wane go for it still after you lift 15 oh 10 minutes should be fine

I've read that if you do cardio after a weight lifting session, you'll burn more calories than setting aside a cardio day. Dont remember where tho

    MY OPINION:

If you are doing it purely for losing body fat.... don't beat yourself up if your diet is in check. If you want to do it for health reasons and the benefit to eat a bit more.... I would maybe do 2-3 days a week at 15-20 minutes of boring old treadmill, elliptical, etc.. just something to get your heart pumping.
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /
