How long to gain toning to your transformation?
I've been at hard work with my transformation, i've been working out for 3 months now, nothing is changing, i mean nothing, im more a less trying to get a toned body with alittle bit of mass, i want those v cut shoulder and the bicep and tricep that everyone on youtube's transformational under 3-4 months always seem to have, my diet right now could be better, i geuss im on a duty bulk, i dont have the money for 5-6 meals a day, i guess on best i have about 2 meals a day, i cant workout for long amounts of time cause i have heat hives so at the most 30-40 mins at a time and i work out at home because im sick at how poorly my transformation at none is going, the only thing changing is abs, i can get it to were you can see some lines but thats as far as i can go,
My strangth is just terrible, i can still only do 7-10 push ups and i get tired fast when lifting, nothing is really changing... How long did it take you to notice changes to keep yourself motivated to keep going because at this point i feel i was better off with what i was at before training then i am now, at least then i wouldnt have to know how disappointing my gains would be

Reread the excuses you wrote in the first paragraph.
1. You can't expect to "tone" up on a dirty bulk... and eating two meals a day?? I can't tell if your trying to gain weight or lose weight. Seems to me like you're attempting to stay at the same weight. Doing so, you need to eat clean if you want to see some results.
2. Can't workout for long amounts of time b/c of heat hives.. I know nothing about this, but find some way around it. Go twice a day for 30 minutes or something.

You are whining over a three month period of you eating two meals a day, and judging by your attitude your workout ethic is probably terrible. Aside from fixing your diet I would fix your attitude the most, you are so negative it's crazy, it seems you almost come in here just for positive reinforcement which if you need, I feel bad. Quit all the bitching and pick up some weights that you feel you can't lift due to a mental block and put them back down.
