    Coffee/Cappuccino Intake

    Hi just wondering if (2-5) cups of coffee / cappuccino should be counted into my diet? Are they even worth worrying about?


    Rarely i will ever have more than 2 cups a day.

    Also, Skim milk, no sugar.

    Cause things like celery take more cals to digest than it actually gives.. (Or so I've heard/read)

    I'm thinking making coffee does too? Does the caffeine speed up the metabolism and burn it off any way?

    With skim milk and no sugar you're probably at something like 30-50 cals per cup depending on how much you add.

    Black coffee usually has around 2 cals per mug (no point in counting).. however if you use creamers, or milk/cream and sugar in your coffee, obviously this will change the cal count.

    Caps normally have a decent amount of carbs.. would count if I were you.
