Hey guys I have been seeing lots of transformations for like 5 years from when guys are 14 years old to 19.
Clearly they will grow a fair bit even on their own. So it's basically a strong boy to man transformation.
So here is my 27 year transformation.
I used to just swim a ton, I was really good at it so I started really growing some mass from it.
I then started really growing. I put on 9lbs in 9months. I basically just shadow punched and kicked. It was great.
After that I started to army crawl and I would roll from my front to back to put on mass.
After that I began to walk a ton and go for runs. I used to do playground workouts since I didn't go to the gym yet and wasn't working.
Then I got into more sports etc. I put on another good 50-60lbs
Shortly after I started lifting and eatin well. I started off at about 100lbs and now I was around 175-180
I pushed myself harder and a few years (and a few bulks/cuts) later I got to where I am now at 205lbs. I'm currently bulking at 27 years old.

Thanks a bunch!
I have naturally had decent traps I used to do heavy bb shrugs with straps.
Lately I have been using lighter weight with db's and getting a good squeeze at the top, I found I got the best gains this way. I also hit them once a week with back 4 sets of either 6/12 or 20+ reps.I saw a woman wearing a sweatshirt with Guess on it. I said, Thyroid problem?

Crazy most muscular man! U look like a gargoyle when u pop up those mounds of meat beside ur head. Nice work! And I agree with you on the boy to man transformations. Especially when it's a skinny 15yr old kid who hits the gym and has his last growth spurt then shows pics at 18...lol

Their are those who gain weight, and those who don't. Which one are you?
