    Dynamics

    I'm a hockey player and looking for some good dynamics to warm up my core and upper back before competition.

    I've had issues finding / performing any stretches (dynamic or static) and it is an area I need to improve.

    I just noticed your avatar is a field hockey one (and Australian, at that).

    I think the second link is for ice hockey because I assumed you were in the States. The first link is better.

    Yeah, I noticed that...

    But loads of the concepts are similar in that page and others I've had to read for hockey, so there was still heaps in there to get out of it / confirm other things I'd been second guessing.
