Just curious, what a muscles needed for volleyball? I know core and quads are most important, but are there any other muscle groups needed? (E.g tricep bicep shoulders)

Volleyball in my opinion is a whole body movement. Must be explosive, shifty in all aspects of the game. Must have a strong core/upper body hitting a ball. To anwser your questions, its a whole body sport.Every time you stay out late...
