So I spent the last month flying around the country for med school interviews. My gym routine pretty much went down the drain with all the traveling. When I received my first acceptance, I was thrilled, and I swore to go to the gym regularly again, and start cutting again before I start in August.
Now I'm done with all the flying, and I'm trying to get back into the gym, but I always find myself missing gym days, lazing around, and not feeling like going. I got no idea what's going on, I've never had such a motivation problem before haha.

Try something new! I've been in that same position and it doesn't seem rather you have a goal or not, the motivation isn't there. If you usually go and lift or do cardio try mixing it up, take a new class. Try crossfit or a HIIT class, try a spinning class or Pilates or even zumba! Get a friend to go and you'll have no problem finding motivation to go!
