Basic bodybuilding 3 day split
started about a year and half ago
no strict diet at all
protein and pre workout.

Good progress man, impressive arms for being 6'3. My strength is progressing but my biceps/triceps/arm is pretty much staying the same size. I would say around 16% BF.
