So lately Ive been drinking a metric fuarkton of water in an attempt to be hydrated 100% of the time. Honestly it feels great and I feel stronger.
However, there is a catch. It is terrible... it will eat at your insides and make you hate yourself, force you to contemplate the time and space continuom and percieve the world as one massive toilet.
Literally every 30 minutes I have to take a piss... these rhino urinations usually last anywhere from 30 to 45 seconds to completely exhaust my urine stock.
Waht do i doo?

For pretty much all of my childhood, the only thing I drank was soda.
Three days after I started speedtraining for my sport, I gave up drinking it for good. Good riddance. Water is pro.

I drink like 4 glasses of water a day on average. Piss about 2 - 3 times a day.
When I start drinking more water, the only thing it does is make me piss even more, I don't get a magical water high or anything.
