lol @ any of the clowns calling flex fat. the guy's a ****ing tank. not all of us want to be lean, when i was in my teens and 20's i was super lean, now im a grown man, and i look like a grown man. i have 20% b/f and im cool with that, im also cool with the fact that im pretty ****ing strong. too each his own guy's idk why the hell guy's are calling out flex(who is imo a real nice guy) you wouldn't say **** to his face im pretty certain of that.

its all genetics..some people can eat frootloops for breakfast,drink soda all day..eat burgers and fries..ice cream..ect all day every day and still look great..ME..NO..I never had a clean diet and it showed the whole time i workedout..I would have to eat a head of lettuce and drink water to lose weight..and look how I want to look..in other words..NOT GONNA HAPPEN..lol

I want to be bigger
I'm 37 and trying to put weight on 200lbs is my goal. Just had two peanut butter & jelly sandwiches & a lot of ice cream. HAd a 1,000 calories royal red robin burger few hours ago with fries and salad. Eating 6-7 times a day shakes too. I will get there of course I don't want a huge gut tho.

It just annoys me that people are attacking the guy for looking and eating how he wants too look and eat. it also so happens that him and I have the same goals in mind, not too mention that I eat red meat at least 10x per week and eat a ****load off eggs.It's lol that some skinny little homo who weighs 140lbs is going to tell flex he looks like **** or is fat . get real you 140lbs sissy or I will have my sister kick your ass.

I would never want too look like you im sorry. ( not trying to be a dick btw) as far as progress i do a 5/3/1 and a bunch of accessory work (ghr dips pull ups mainly ) and i eat a lot but our
goals are not the same. im not trying to get 8% bf or w/e you are. congrats on getting to where you want to be tho sir, well done.
edit- I have good form in all excercises so no need to post videos.

I dunno about you guys, but if I even look at a beer can I seem to put on weight. The same is true of chocolate...some things I just have to steer away from. Other guys don't seem to have an issue with these. Because I don't drink much, it seems to hit me harder when I do.
I've just started my 3rd year of lifting, I made great over the last 2 years. Doubled my Bench and tripled my Squat and DL's. I'm 43 and I'm getting stronger every month.
ORM BP: 225lbs / DL: 355lbs / Sq: 240lbs....working in lbs makes my lifts look heavier :D
