not as wide as my old profile pic (haven't practiced posing in a long time so ive kinda forgot how to lat spread correctly) but ive added some quality rear delt mass and some thickness to my lats.. imo

keep in mind ive only been lifting for around 4 months.

im at 15% bf now i wonder if my back will look more striated n **** when im at 10% and what will it look like anyways lol.

yeah man, im bulking for another 2-3 months then getting down to 13-12% or so, just to feel more comfortable. Btw any idea what those 2 lines on my very lower back are? i dont see em on others, are they like bones or what
