    Neglecting Lower body have effect on upper body?

    Neglecting lower body effects your upper body because when you train lower body a lot of testosterone gets released?

    is this bro science?

    I don't believe so. However it is true that training LB (squats, deads, etc) is very important for overall muscle development.

    if you dont train legs it MIGHT have a negative impact on your test. levels. I cant prrove it for sure though...

    ... and its kinda wimpy not to train legs. strong work ethic = strong gains. If you cant work hard enough to train your full body chances are you wont make good gains doing anything . If you arent a huge fan of legs training, my best advice is to suck it up and keep going with it. It will only benefit you.

    Yeah I heard that if you neglet lower body that your test levels may be lower then if you trained them.. idk if its true or not but it deff makes sense.
