    Will this build mass or just tone nicely?

    Two sets ten handstand push ups then two sets twenty incline push ups then two sets 30 less incline push up then two sets 40 reg push ups then two sets of 50 diamond push ups . Just a little workout I came up with but have not tried it out yet.

    Push ups will only take you so far if gaining muscle is your goal. Buy some weights or join a gym. And don't forget about those muscle groups you don't see in the mirror.
